come fup with us!

Welcome to the on-line home of the First-year Urban Program (FUP)!

The First-Year Urban Program is a student-run preorientation program that introduces incoming first-years to the Boston-Cambridge area and the service, social justice and activist community in and around Harvard.

Host Weekend Warriors!

While FUP has little formal programming during the year, Steercom and leaders do host a variety of events (ideally once every two weeks) to continue the momentum of FUP and maintain the sense of community. These events range from brunch to movie watching to Advising Night to FUP or Treat (trick-or-treating to freshmen rooms in the Yard). This is something we’d like FUPpies and FUP alums to get involved with, so if you’re interested in hosting an event once or a few times over the course of the semester, let us know!

To lead the rampaging weekend fun, copy and paste this link [file:///Users/taravenkatraman/Downloads/fup09%20future%20involvement.pdf] in a new tab for the FUP '09 General Involvement form. Send that back in to fup@fas.harvard.edu. by February 14, 2008 at 5 p.m., and you'll be laughing.
